Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bruleish.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Bruleish ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Return and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

How Orders Work

Your order is an offer to buy. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not accept it. A contract of sale is formed when we ship the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve; if we do, any payment is refunded in full within 7 business days. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 213 Winber Drive, Richmond, VA 23224, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 7–14 business days with Standard Shipping (USD 7.90; free from USD 79) or 7–12 business days with Express Shipping (USD 21.94). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. How You Pay

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as BRULEISH.COM. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to info@bruleish.com and we will look into it right away.

Use of the Site and Customer Reviews

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including the Bruleish name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to info@bruleish.com.

Liability

Our responsibility to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost data — to the extent the law lets us exclude them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that consumer protection law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not permit some of these exclusions, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

Products are covered by the 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of that limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Site itself is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Descriptions and Images

Descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in color or finish can result from photography, lighting and display settings. Bruleish sells generic, unbranded products; references to third-party brands, if any, describe compatibility and imply no endorsement. Listing an item does not guarantee stock. Where an item sells out after you order, you may wait, choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The law of Virginia, including the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, Va. Code § 59.1-196 et seq., and U.S. federal law govern these Terms. We ask that you raise any problem with us first — write to info@bruleish.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If that fails, you and Bruleish agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer arbitration rules (the Federal Arbitration Act applies), or in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. You can reject this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days after your first order; the rest of the Terms will still apply. You always retain the right to complain to your state attorney general or the FTC.

General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
