Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

1. Please Note

• Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery; items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories.
• Cancellations are free before the order ships.
• Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always our responsibility — attach photos below.
• Do not ship anything until you receive our authorization email with the return address (213 Winber Drive, Richmond, VA 23224, United States).
• Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to the original payment method.

3. After You Submit

within 2 business days you will receive our email confirming whether the request is approved and, for returns, the return address and authorization number to include in the parcel. Ship the item with tracking and keep proof of postage. Once we receive and check it, the refund is processed 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method; cancelled orders are refunded within 7 business days.
